Who Leads It

This experience is led by both Jenisys Group co-founders, side by side. They trade sessions through both days, so your people get two voices, two kinds of experience and one clear message.

Herb Adkins is COO and Co-Founder of Jenisys Group Ltd. He is a decorated U.S. Army veteran, keynote speaker and corporate trainer with more than 40 years of teaching and speaking in telecommunications and leadership development. He brings an engineer's eye to why good leaders break, and how to keep them from breaking.

April L. Adkins is CEO and Co-Founder of Jenisys Group Ltd. She is a published author of three books, a speaker, executive coach and curriculum architect with over two decades of transforming leaders and organizations across the United States and Africa. Her message is simple: what broke you does not have to bury you. It can become the very thing that builds you.

Married for over 30 years and leading together for just as long, Herb and April model what they teach: strong leadership is built on trust, honesty and partnership.

Why two facilitators?

Two days is a long time to hear one voice. Herb and April each lead the sessions that fit their strengths, so the energy stays high and every leader in the room hears someone they connect with.

Do we need to take a Half-Day first?

No. Many teams start with a Half-Day, but you can book the 2-Day Experience directly.

Will people be asked to share private pain in front of coworkers?

No. Much of the work is personal and written. People share only what they choose.

Is there faith content?

No. This is a corporate training. Faith-based versions are offered separately.

Can our team keep growing after the two days?

Yes. Every person keeps their workbook and plan. Ask us about follow-up coaching.
