The Problem It Solves

Your best people often hurt the quietest. They keep delivering while carrying stress, setbacks and seasons nobody sees. Then one day they burn out or walk out. This half day reaches the person behind the leader, so they stop painting over cracks and start building on solid ground.

What Happens in the Room

1. Pretty Walls (30 min). Keynote. Why high performers cover cracks with titles, calendars and offices, and why it never lasts.

2. Scars Are Credentials (30 min). Keynote. The failed venture, the season that nearly took you out, the thing on no version of your CV. People do not need a perfect leader. They need a real one whose scars prove the storm is survivable.

3. Break and Connection Challenge (20 min). Coffee, with one instruction: talk to two leaders you did not come in with.

4. The RISE Masterclass (50 min). Four moves, taught with a printed workbook: Review the break. Identify the gold. Strengthen the base. Execute with fire. Each leader signs a Monday Morning Plan.

5. The Hot Seat (30 min). Two volunteers bring a real challenge and are coached live in front of the room. Volunteers only, and nobody gets named. This is the part people talk about afterward.

6. Team Themes and the Close (30 min). Tables name, anonymously, the three things slowing the team down and agree on one change together. Then the charge, and the room stands.

Who Leads It

April L. Adkins is CEO and Co-Founder of Jenisys Group Ltd. No. Much of the work is personal and written. The Hot Seat is for volunteers only, and nobody gets named.

Is this therapy?

No. It is a leadership and resilience training that ends with a signed, practical plan.
